Our Response Process
Upon Receiving Valid Notice:
- Immediate Review – We review notices within 24-48 hours
- Content Removal – Valid claims result in immediate content removal
- User Notification – We notify the user who posted the content
- Documentation – We maintain records of all DMCA notices

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notice.
Counter-Notice Must Include:

- Statement of Good Faith – “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”

What Happens Next:
- We forward your counter-notice to the original complainant
- If they don’t file a lawsuit within 14 business days, we may restore your content
